Purple Heart Donation Requirements
Do you have items you’re interested in donating? Are you looking to help those less fortunate than yourself? GreenDrop is honored to help support Purple Heart’s mission by accepting donations of new and gently used items.
After you donate to Purple Heart through GreenDrop, you can expect your unwanted goods to be sold at local thrift stores. The funds are then used to support Purple Heart’s mission to assist American veterans who were wounded in combat as well as their families.
In an effort to help raise money for Purple Heart, GreenDrop proudly accepts many new and gently used items ranging from clothes, toys, housewares, and much more. To view a complete list of what is accepted, click here or give GreenDrop a call at 888-944-3467 for more detailed information on Purple Heart donation requirements.
Due to legal, regulatory, weight, and size restrictions, there are some Purple Heart donation requirements that must be followed. GreenDrop is unable to accept certain items including appliances, tube TVs, or any furniture item that weighs over 50 pounds. If GreenDrop is unable to accept an item you wish to donate, a friendly driver will leave you an apology card with an explanation.
To donate to charity, simply find a convenient drop-off location or schedule an at-home pick up. With GreenDrop and Purple Heart, you can feel confident that your donated items are going to a good cause.
On behalf of Purple Heart and those receiving your donations, your kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated. Call GreenDrop today to learn more about how you can donate to charity today.
