How It Works

When you're ready, simply pack your donation items into large plastic bags or boxes.
After donations have been received, a tax receipt will be provided directly to you.

Please, ensure that your donated items meet the requirements established by GreenDrop and the government.
All items must weigh 50 pounds or less. We cannot accept furniture, TVs or computer monitors.
Before visiting one of our locations or scheduling a pickup, please view our list of accepted items to double check that your donations can be accepted.
If, by any chance, one of your items is not accepted, our drivers will leave an “Apology Card” letting you know the reasons why.
